About The Position

Hiring Now for Full Time Medical Assistant for Innovative Pain Care (IPC) Responsibilities: Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs and collecting specimens Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization Maintain accurate and efficient medical records and update patient information as needed Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns and inquiries Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Completion of MA program is preferred but not required Experience working as a Medical Assistant or similar role Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) Ability to read manual BP is preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually Job Type: Full-time, availability between 7 AM- 5 PM required. (schedule times may vary) Work Location: In person/onsite, main site Franklin, WI Travel is required between clinics in Mount Pleasant, Franklin, and Mequon as needed.

Requirements
