About The Position

We are looking for a
Hyrbid
Medical Assistant that has at least one year of experience in a medical office setting.
You will support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring high quality customer service for our providers & patients. As a Medical Assistant, you will perform various tasks daily. Candidates must live in the Orlando/Central FL area; local travel is required.

Nice To Haves

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
• COVID Vaccination preferred

Responsibilities

• Patient Care Coordination
• Scheduling Meetings
• Summit Billing Reports
• Faxing/Mailing Orders
• Maintaining Providers Schedule
• Liaison between Hospital and Providers
• Communicating with PCPs
• Answer all incoming calls
• Data Entry
• Patient Chart Review
• Communication with Operations Team
