Essential Functions: • Obtain medical history, triage patients, record vitals. • Reconcile medication list in EHR • Responds timely and appropriately to tasks. • Gives injections per physician order (i.e. Hepatitis A&B, PPD and flu vaccine) • Reports any abnormal results to physician immediately (i.e. labs, etc.) • Maintains clean exam rooms. • Complies with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain patient confidentiality at all times. • Adheres to organizational policy and procedure. • Other duties as assigned.
