What you’ll do
Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms
Complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits
Focus on prevention, not reaction
Build patient relationships—no rushing visits
Support seniors and families at home
Use EMR to document visits in real time

Requirements

• 1+ year Medical Assistant experience (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 6+ months primary care or internal medicine
• Comfortable traveling to patient homes daily
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Annual Wellness Visits or Well-Child Visits
