About The Position
Emerald Coast infectious Diseases Medical Group / American Medical Group is a growing multi-specialty clinic committed to delivering high-quality patient care and administrative excellence. We are seeking a detail orientated and experienced medical biller who will be responsible for managing and processing patient billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims, and assisting in resolving any discrepancies. This role requires a thorough understanding of medical terminology, insurance procedures, and healthcare billing codes to ensure proper reimbursement for services provided. THIS POSITION REPORTS ON-SITE ONLY, NO REMOTE OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong Knowledge of Medical Billing Code (ICD-10, CPT etc.)
- Proficient in medical billing software and EHR Systems
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
