About The Position
We are seeking an Physical Medicine and Rehab physician to serve as Medical Director for our inpatient rehab facility. This role combines daily patient care with administrative leadership in a Monday–Friday schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a stable weekday schedule while expanding into a medical leadership role.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inpatient rounds
- Manage and coordinate medical care for rehab patients
- Provide medical oversight and leadership for the facility
- Support quality initiatives, clinical protocols, and compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
