Medical Director Integrative & Regenerative
About The Position
Hoskinson Health is launching a premier, cash-pay Integrative & Regenerative Medicine service line and is seeking a visionary physician leader to serve as Medical Director. This is a rare opportunity to design, lead, and scale a high-impact program centered on longevity, cellular optimization, and advanced regenerative therapies—including stem cell-based treatments—outside the constraints of insurance-driven medicine. This is not a remote position. The Medical Director will practice onsite in Gillette, Wyoming, and must be willing to relocate. This is not a traditional volume-driven clinical role. It is a physician leadership position for a clinician-innovator ready to build a flagship regenerative program within a forward-thinking organization.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Unrestricted Wyoming license (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to relocate and practice onsite in Gillette, Wyoming
Nice To Haves
- Strong hands-on experience or advanced training in regenerative medicine
- Working knowledge of stem cell therapies and biologics
- Experience with MSK injections or interventional procedures preferred
- Comfort operating in a high-touch, cash-pay environment
- Exceptional communication and patient engagement skills
- Vision and drive to build and scale a premium program
Responsibilities
- Serve as Medical Director for the Integrative & Regenerative Medicine division
- Develop clinical protocols and establish evidence-informed best practices
- Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence
- Build and mentor a high-performing regenerative care team
- Conduct comprehensive longevity and cellular health consultations
- Design individualized, root-cause-driven treatment plans
- Manage high-touch, concierge-level patient relationships
- Lead and oversee a multimodal regenerative program, including: Stem cell therapies under the Right to Try Act Biologic and MSK regenerative procedures Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) High-dose IV nutrient and NAD+ protocols Red light therapy Acupuncture and adjunct integrative modalities
- Maintain strong working knowledge of: Stem cell sourcing and biologic mechanisms Indications, contraindications, and risk stratification Procedural techniques and patient selection Outcome optimization and safety standards
- Clearly articulate risks, benefits, and realistic expectations
- Confidently discuss premium, cash-pay treatment models
- Guide patients in understanding long-term value in performance, longevity, and quality of life
