Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
• Active Arizona veterinary license or ability to obtain
• 3+ years clinical experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership Establish and uphold medical standards and urgent care protocols
• Lead effective case flow and clinical decision-making within an urgent care setting
• Ensure high-quality patient care and clear client communication
• Oversee medical record accuracy and charge capture
• Identify and implement clinical service enhancements
• Team and Practice Leadership Support hiring and onboarding of veterinarians and support staff
• Mentor associate veterinarians in urgent care workflows and triage best practices
• Contribute to operational strategy and scheduling efficiency
• Foster a collaborative, team-first culture
• Financial Oversight Drive revenue growth while maintaining medical excellence
• Participate in annual planning and performance review
• Support marketing and community engagement initiatives
