We specialize in healthcare supply chain and courier solutions , supporting hospitals, medical foundations, pharmacies, and laboratories. Our team ensures that essential medical supplies and equipment are delivered, stocked, and ready when needed , directly impacting patient care. We are hiring a Medical Distribution & Technician to assist with receiving, stocking, and distributing critical medical supplies. If you have warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience , this role is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a stable and rewarding field. Schedule: Saturday - Monday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (TBD) Temporary Role - 2 months Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Distribution & Technician to support the receipt, storage, preparation, and distribution of medical products and supplies. This position is critical to ensuring accurate inventory control, regulatory compliance, and timely fulfillment of orders in accordance with California and federal healthcare regulations. This role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with California law.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 49 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical distribution, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated warehouse environments
  • Familiarity with FDA, OSHA, or healthcare compliance standards
  • Forklift or warehouse equipment certification (if applicable)
  • Bilingual skills (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming medical products and supplies
  • Accurately pick, pack, label, and distribute medical items per established procedures
  • Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature control, labeling, and expiration tracking
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items
  • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits
  • Prepare shipping documentation and delivery paperwork
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces
  • Follow all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including FDA, OSHA, and company policies
  • Report quality concerns or compliance issues to management promptly
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
