How you’ll make an impact in this role Champion the patient experience by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring every individual feels welcomed, heard, and supported from the moment they enter the clinic through their final check-out. Navigate the care journey by accurately managing patient registration, scheduling, and documentation to ensure a seamless transition between the waiting room and clinical care. Safeguard financial wellness by expertly verifying insurance authorizations and collecting payments, removing administrative barriers so patients can focus entirely on their health. Ensure data integrity by meticulously managing medical records and daily financial reports, upholding the highest standards of accuracy for both patient safety and clinic operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
