About The Position

As a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician at Quincy Medical Group, you will perform essential laboratory tests that support diagnosis and treatment. You’ll collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate and reliable test results that directly impact patient care.

Requirements

• Medical Technologist: Bachelor’s degree from a program approved for MT certification.
• Medical Lab Technician: Associate’s degree from a program accredited for MLT certification.
• ASCP certification required.
• One year of experience in a medical laboratory preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.

• One year of experience in a medical laboratory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine laboratory testing including sample preparation and analysis
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment for accuracy
• Record and communicate results
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and quality-control protocols to maintain high standards of care.
