Posting Job Description Position Purpose: Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records Specialty: Primary Care Location: 3667 Marlane Drive, Grove City, Ohio 43123 Hours of office: Monday and Wednesday 10:00am -7:00pm and Thursday and Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Thursday 10:00am-6:30pm

Requirements

Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Licensure / Certification: N/A
Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

Welcome patients
Register patients
Gather insurance, check demographics
Soft collections
Answering incoming calls
EPIC
