We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Product Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, primarily via phone and email. This role requires a deep understanding of our medical products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-up.
  • Manage and grow a defined territory by nurturing existing accounts and identifying cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, quotes, and technical support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to coordinate strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our medical product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset.
