Your Day as a Medical Reception & Clinical Technician You arrive at 7:30, open the clinic, and prepare for the day. You dive into the all staff morning huddle, then greet patients at the front desk—checking them in, updating charts, collecting money, selling products, and managing the schedule with precision. On days where you are working in Spravato, you prepare patients, monitor vitals, and ensure every protocol is followed for safety and compliance. Throughout the day, you stay in sync with staff via chat, track patient progress, and handle multiple tasks seamlessly. At day’s end, you secure the clinic, knowing you’ve helped patients and supported your team every step of the way. Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM The Process Upon request, submit a 3–5 minute video answering our questions. Selected candidates will have an in-person interview. Top candidates do a half-day shadowing experience. Final hire decision is made within 3 business days after shadowing.
