About The Position
BioMechanic Physical Therapy is seeking a new addition to our Leesburg Virginia based reception team! We are a 100% Physical Therapist owned practice with a unique focus on biomechanics through creative problem-solving, skilled manual therapy, and use of the latest and proven technologies. This is a great opportunity for experienced receptionists. The therapists at BioMechanic Physical Therapy all believe in treating the source of the pain and the symptoms, not just the symptoms. Many physicians in the area know and trust us with their patients and expect a certain type of knowledge and care. Responsibilities
- Getting to know our patients!
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering calls
- Following up with patients
- Maintaining insurance information and communicating with physicians
- Running the show at the front desk
