As a Medical Chart Retrieval Project Manager, you'll work with the brightest minds in the business and find yourself digging deep to find the solutions to help people live healthier lives. You'll be responsible for leading strategic initiatives focused on bringing value back to the point of care via our advanced risk adjustment and quality analytics tools. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. You'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in medical record retrieval and risk adjustment, HEDIS, or RADV
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and implement complex risk adjustment projects, serving as the primary liaison for managing medical record retrieval and coding inventory
  • Present analysis and recommendations for client success
  • High volume data analysis to review client inventory and suggest pathways to success
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in multiple different retrieval modalities
