Medical Sterilization Systems Field Technician

STERISPortland, ME
4d$54,188 - $70,125Remote

About The Position

Keep hospitals running. Keep patients safe. At STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by delivering innovative healthcare and life science solutions. As a remote, Customer-facing technician working primarily inside hospitals, you’ll be the trusted expert behind the reliability of our washer and sterilizer platforms—the equipment STERIS was founded on. This is a safety sensitive position. A day in the life By mid-morning, you’ve completed preventive maintenance on a sterilizer, documented your work in our mobile apps, and coordinated parts for an afternoon install. A cross-functional call with Tech Support and Engineering helps you quickly escalate a complex fault code, and you translate options and pricing so the surgical services team can make an informed decision. Before you wrap, you swing by another facility in your territory to support an equipment upgrade. You manage your own schedule to meet Customer needs—and you always leave things better than you found them.
