Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a Biological Science required.
Must meet CLIA requirements to perform high complexity testing, college transcripts may be requested.
Experience not required but preferred.
Not required but ASCP certified generalist or categorical Technologist or equivalent accreditation preferred within 2 years of hire.

Nice To Haves

Successful completion of a clinical laboratory medicine rotation, clinical practicum, or equivalent clinical laboratory experience.
Once certified, promoted to Medical Laboratory Scientist 2.
