About The Position

VillageCareMAX is looking for a motivated individual for this Full-Time role at our Queens office location. As part of the Business Development team, the Medicare Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for contributing ideas to help identify community referral sources whose mission and needs are focused on the frail adult population. With the goal of keeping VillageCareMAX highly visible as an option for long-term care delivery, some daily responsibilities will include: Scouting, reviewing and tracking new community based organizations and referral sources. Being the liaison for internal and external communication which consists of supporting Benefit Advisors, Marketing Manager and any clients that support the marketing team. Assist with the research and identification of organizations in assigned geographic area that provide health and social services to the frail adult population. Coordinate presentations independently and maintain the event calendar. Demonstrate knowledge of all product lines to educate providers and consumers, and pass recurrent examinations per compliance and regulatory requirements. We would like to speak to those who have an Associate's Degree in a related field along with 2+ years' experience in health related-field or equivalent experience marketing and selling managed Medicare, and/or Managed Medicaid. Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare, D-SNP, MAP, and Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) product lines will be vital to this role. MUST be fluent in Cantonese, Fujianese or Mandarin.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in a related field
  • 2+ years' experience in health related-field or equivalent experience marketing and selling managed Medicare, and/or Managed Medicaid.
