Our Medicare Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales objectives by selling Medicare Supplement plans directly to individuals eligible for Medicare. This Consultant serves as a trusted advisor and is highly consultative, requiring excellent communication skills and a deep understating of Medicare regulations, product offerings, and enrollment processes. Our Medicare Sales Consultant focuses on high-touch sales through one-on-one consultations, community events, and digital outreach. Salary: $42,000 ~ $45,000 Plus sales bonus potential ( Total package range: $90,000 - $115,000) The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Wisconsin Remote Work Occasional travel within Wisconsin will be expected: (i.e Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay or Fox Valley areas). How do I know this opportunity is right for me? Would like to manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of activities, applications, and member interactions in the CRM. Stay updated on current trends and competitors in the marketplace.
