Under general direction, the Medicare Support Specialist will be responsible for being the liaison between KAFL’s Sales Representatives and their external Brokers, Direct-to-Consumer Sales Reps and Senior Markets Manager. They will serve as the first point of contact and be expected to deliver on end-to-end Medicare sales operations support and coordination, with strong relationship management skillsets and a distinctive client service orientation.
