About The Position

Spring Arbor Frankfort is growing, and we’re looking for Medication Technicians (Med Tech) / CMA I to join our Wellness team on both day and night shifts. If you’re detail-oriented, compassionate, and passionate about resident safety and care, we’d love to meet you.

Available Shifts
Day Shift Full-Time & Part-Time
Night Shift Full-Time & Part-Time
Every Other Weekend (EOW) availability required.

Requirements

• Active CMA I license (Kentucky Board of Nursing)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, professional, and resident-focused

Nice To Haves

• Senior living, assisted living, or healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and Kentucky regulations
• Accurately document medication administration and resident observations
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and report changes
• Communicate clearly with nurses and the care team
• Ensure compliance with medication policies, safety, and infection control standards
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
