Active Medication Aide certification in the State of North Carolina, listed on the North Carolina Medication Aide Registry (completion of a state-approved training program and competency evaluation required). Active Nurse Aide I (NA I) certification, listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, assist with resident mobility, and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration and documentation. Effective communication skills in English — reading, writing, and verbal comprehension. Minimum 1 year of experience in a medication administration or Med Tech role preferred. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active Medication Aide certification in the State of North Carolina, listed on the North Carolina Medication Aide Registry (completion of a state-approved training program and competency evaluation required).
- Active Nurse Aide I (NA I) certification, listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, assist with resident mobility, and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration and documentation.
