Requirements

CNA certification
Registered Medication Technician (Med Tech)
Genuine passion for working with seniors
Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Organize, administer, and document medications under the supervision of licensed nurses
Perform treatments and medication administration as ordered by physicians
Ensure accurate medication delivery while following all state and community guidelines
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Maintain compliance with Western States Senior Communities' standards and expectations
