Job Description The MV Service Manager leads the development and execution of business strategy and initiatives through a team of post shipment support resources, field engineers, professionals, alliances resources, and administrative personnel. You will manage the Medium Voltage service business and ensure profitable delivery of the post shipment support offerings. They include commissioning, maintenance, modernization, and associated reliability services under the (LCS) Life Cycle Services portfolio. You will report to the Delivery Director and have a hybrid schedule working in Cambridge, ON, Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experince
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada or the USA is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 25% of the time.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or related technology-driven degree
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Rockwell Automation Medium Voltage products and services offerings
  • Foundation of financial acumen and project management
  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage P&L financials, developing and implementing business plans for medium voltage services.
  • Provide commercial support in securing LCS business and developing new offerings.
  • Provide support as an escalation point for issues related to MV offerings working together with the PCB business.
  • Coach and provide guidance to the team, including supporting roles with Rockwell ecosystem.
  • Lead governance of the global field competency program, develop support resources, and ensure growth and alignment if related content.
  • Understand and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project success and strengthen Rockwell's position.
