Salary range offered is $70,000-$75,000 annually. Supervise Melt operations by setting goals, organizing and assigning work, selecting and developing employees, and maintaining a productive work environment to meet established production schedules.

Requirements

  • Approach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member.
  • High School Diploma plus apprenticeship or related associate degree, or equivalent.
  • Five years of experience in the same or similar role preferred
  • Supervise highly diversified work, operations, and procedures requiring journey skills. Formulate and apply technical practices and new approaches.
  • Requires great attention to detail and accuracy to avoid errors that would cause delay or dissatisfaction.
  • Moderate physical exertion. Able to lift to 40 pounds. Physical movement includes some repetitive motion, with twisting and bending.
  • Must be willing and able to wear all required PPE. (Safety goggles, hearing protection, steel-toe non-slip safety shoes, and gloves as needed when on the shop floor.)

Responsibilities

  • Utilize delay time constructively by doing housekeeping or other area improvement activities.
  • Participate in area continuous improvement efforts, including Employee Involvement activities.
  • Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company guidelines.
  • This list is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties as necessary.
  • Able to work overtime as assigned.
