About The Position

The Member Advisor I (MA I) serves as the first point of contact for members in a high‑volume contact center, delivering exceptional service through phone, online, and mobile channels. This role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving inquiries with a one‑call resolution mindset, and identifying member financial needs to make appropriate product or service referrals. Working under close supervision, the MA I assists with transactions, addresses account questions, documents interactions thoroughly, and maintains compliance with all policies and regulations. MA I team members exemplify the Credit Union’s Core Values, uphold strong member experience standards, and proactively build long‑term member relationships.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of financial institution experience or two (2) years of call center experience, or three (3) years of customer service experience for every year of financial institution experience required.
