The Member Advisor I (MA I) serves as the first point of contact for members in a high‑volume contact center, delivering exceptional service through phone, online, and mobile channels. This role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving inquiries with a one‑call resolution mindset, and identifying member financial needs to make appropriate product or service referrals. Working under close supervision, the MA I assists with transactions, addresses account questions, documents interactions thoroughly, and maintains compliance with all policies and regulations. MA I team members exemplify the Credit Union’s Core Values, uphold strong member experience standards, and proactively build long‑term member relationships.
