Responsibilities

Working as a team to provide industry-leading service and member care.
Involvement in lead generation, outreach and events.
Maintain accurate records using established sales systems.
Actively and enthusiastically contribute to member appreciation and member referral activities.
Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls.
Welcome people to the studio for their first class and lead Orangetheory studio tours focusing on closing the sale.
Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive entrance into the Orangetheory studio.
Constantly focus on improving your studio environment, including a daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) for shift activities.
Responsible for processing accurate attendance and credit card transactions.
Respond immediately and in a caring manner to all member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
Works in partnership with the fitness team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
