About The Position

Sparkle Grooming Co. is seeking an enthusiastic, people-first Member Experience Specialist to join our SanTan Village salon.
As a Member Experience Specialist, you are the face of Sparkle—welcoming pet parents, guiding them through our services, and helping them find the right membership to support their pet’s ongoing care. You play a key role in creating loyal, long-term relationships by delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience and driving membership engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales through service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by incentives tied to performance. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and confident communicating value to clients, with a genuine love for pets and people alike. This position offers growth opportunities as Sparkle continues to expand.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Experience in a membership-based or service-oriented environment a plus
• Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and promotions
• Experience with booking or POS systems preferred (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client and pet entering the salon
• Educate pet parents on Sparkle services, add-ons, and membership options
• Drive membership sales and conversion through value-based conversations
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-in, check-out, and payment processing
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support client follow-ups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk and lobby area
• Collaborate with grooming and bathing teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Resolve basic client questions or concerns with professionalism and care
