Join our Member Experience team, where you’ll assist members through video, chat, phone, and digital banking tools while delivering exceptional service and financial guidance. In this role, you will serve as a financial advocate, helping members navigate financial challenges, alleviate financial pain points, and plan for their goals — all while using cutting-edge digital banking technology. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial institution required
  • 2 years of cash handling, sales, or customer service experience required
  • Professional presence when interacting with members through video
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across digital channels
  • Computer and technology skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist members through video, chat, text, and phone banking channels
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts
  • Assist members with loan requests and financial service needs
  • Identify opportunities to recommend credit union products and services
  • Troubleshoot account and digital banking issues
  • Educate members on online and mobile banking tools
  • Build strong relationships while delivering efficient and accurate service
