About The Position
Our MSA's work directly with our members each and every day, they are a strong representation of the credit union and our culture! Reliant Credit Union, ranked one of Rochester's top mid-sized workplaces eight years in a row, is seeking to add an energetic team member for our Henrietta, NY branch. As an MSA at Reliant, you will: Provide a positive member experience. Perform routine member transactions in a professional, confidential, and accurate manner. Actively discuss and refer Reliant’s products and services with members and potential members. Identify ways to improve members’ financial lives by saving them time and/or money, or by counseling members on appropriate use of their accounts. Experience professional development opportunities! Requirements
- Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others
- Confidence to recommend products and services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as with a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
- Previous cash handling, sales or customer service experience
- Use keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
- Standing for extended period of time.
- Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
- Candidates considered for hire are subject to credit and other employment reference checks.
