About The Position

The Member Services Associate is the front-line guardian of the Project Wellbeing experience. This role preserves the white-glove presentation, operational precision, and environmental control of the facility. From recovery suite turnover to environmental alignment, every detail matters. Associates protect the calm, elevated atmosphere our members expect. This is a hands-on operational role blending hospitality, discipline, and environmental awareness. We operate seven days per week and hire into fixed, non-rotating schedules.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, spa, luxury fitness, or service-forward environments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and environmental awareness.
  • Professional presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow structured SOPs consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Execute opening and closing procedures with precision.
  • Maintain immaculate lobby, locker rooms, spa, and gym areas.
  • Perform rapid, high-quality turnover of recovery modalities between sessions.
  • Ensure towel stations, amenities, and consumables remain fully stocked.
  • Manage linen flow and support daily facility resets.
  • Deliver polished, hospitality-forward member interactions.
  • Support scheduling, transactions, phone calls, and member communication.
  • Identify and escalate facility or inventory concerns before they impact operations.
