Position Overview: Member Service Representative As a Member Service Representative, you'll serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of the Kohler Branch, helping members navigate their financial needs. This role goes beyond basic transactions-you'll build relationships, understand member goals, and provide meaningful financial solutions.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to member service.

Responsibilities
