About The Position
Currently seeking Member Service Representatives to join the team at a major health plan company in Roseburg, OR! Assist with coverage and claims related questions. Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products. Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution. Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood
Requirements
- 1 + years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members.
