What You'll Do: As a Member Service Representative in our Contact Center, you will be the primary point of contact for members, helping with questions, resolving issues, and recommending services to support their financial goals. You will assist members via phone, chat, email, and secure messaging, providing personalized solutions! Responsibilities also include handling debit card requests, verifying mobile deposits, and preparing reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Teamwork is important.
