Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital platforms

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
  • Guide clients through personalized supplemental benefit options
  • Support individuals and families through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital records
  • Deliver professional, client-first communication and follow-up
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship, development sessions, and team training
  • Build long-term relationships that foster trust and retention
