About The Position

Heritage Landing is hiring for a Member Services Attendant! The Member Services Attendant (Amenities) supports a positive member experience by monitoring all club amenities to ensure access is limited to members and their guests and that all amenity rules are followed. This role is service-focused, visible, and professional, helping maintain a safe, orderly, and enjoyable environment.

Requirements

• Ability to remain alert and attentive
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Prior hospitality, customer service, or club experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor designated amenities (Resort Pool, Racquet Sports, Fitness Center, Tiki Bar)
• Verify member access when necessary and address unauthorized use professionally
• Ensure compliance with amenity rules (e.g., no coolers, safety and conduct guidelines)
• Provide courteous assistance to members and guests
• Serve as a visible, approachable presence within amenity areas
• Report incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues to management
• Maintain club standards of professionalism and hospitality
