As a YMCA Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for current and prospective members. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with membership inquiries, and support various administrative tasks to ensure a positive member experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about YMCA programs, services, and membership options. Assist members with inquiries, registration, and resolving issues. Promote YMCA membership benefits and programs to prospective members. Conduct membership tours. Assist with membership sales and renewals. Process membership applications, cancellations, and changes. Handle transactions, including membership fees and program payments. Maintain accurate records and member information in the database. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Monitor access to the facility, ensuring that only authorized members and guests enter. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate staff. Work collaboratively with other YMCA staff to support overall member experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving member services. Assist with special events and community outreach as needed.
