Responsibilities

Greet every member and guest with energy and professionalism.
Be the face of the front desk—checking members in, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Drive membership sales by helping guests take the first step in their fitness journey.
Communicate special events, promotions, and services to keep members engaged.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace.
Assist with retail sales, scheduling member services, and processing payments.
Stay informed about all club offerings—classes, schedules, and amenities.
Collaborate with management and teammates to support smooth club operations, including opening and closing duties.
