At Connexus, our Member Services Supervisors are responsible for the support, growth, and development of our Member Services Representatives while collaborating with the Branch Manager on how to be an exceptional leader. Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or commensurate experience is Required.
  • 1+ years of work experience in a sales, retail or customer service environment with demonstrated success in achieving established goals by using independent judgment is Required.
  • Prior successful sales and service experience is Required.
  • Evidence of excellent verbal communication skills along with an outgoing personality that demonstrates a positive, friendly and energetic attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and to be entrusted with the handling of confidential and personal matters.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-train personnel and ensure that the staff is well informed about and able to confidently promote all products and services, promotions, and other organizational initiatives.
  • Leads team in building and sustaining member relationships, adding value to each interaction and making informed product/service recommendations.
  • Facilitates and participates in ongoing branch safety, security, regulatory and compliance training.
  • Ensures team members are well trained and up to date on department and organizational procedures and policies.
  • Ensures members’ requests and questions are promptly resolved.
  • Promotes an omnichannel member experience to best serve all of our members’ financial needs.
  • Investigate and deescalate member complaints, and research member situations to resolve issues involving fees, check holds, etc.
  • Responsible for all aspects of branch operational, compliance oversight and audit readiness in the branch.
  • Complete monthly operational checklists.
  • Perform surprise cash counts of teller cash drawers.
  • Balance and audit vault and TCR.
