This fully remote opportunity is designed for new graduates who want to gain real-world experience in client relations, communication, and financial services while working in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. You will work with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs , schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection
Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam

Responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Assess client needs and explain available coverage options in a clear, professional manner
Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
Maintain organized digital records of client interactions
Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
Build communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
