Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact products from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Strong technical fluency - you are comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical tradeoffs.
  • Exceptional problem-solver with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, incremental solutions.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where speed, adaptability, and ownership are critical.
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for building products that deliver outstanding user experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate product vision, priorities, and tradeoffs across teams.
  • Highly collaborative and energized by working with cross-functional teams to build and ship great products.
  • Experience working in early-stage or scaling startups, with an understanding of balancing short-term needs with long-term product strategy.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills, ensuring teams have clarity around goals, requirements, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for key areas of our platform, from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and iteration.
  • Own products that are mission-critical to our customers and the success of our business, ensuring they deliver meaningful value and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions to complex customer problems.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and company strategy into clear product roadmaps and well-defined requirements.
  • Drive rapid experimentation and iteration while maintaining a high bar for product quality, usability, and reliability.
  • Work hands-on with engineering teams to ensure product decisions balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and speed of execution.
  • Champion a culture of customer-first thinking, using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure successful launches and ongoing product performance through metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the connective tissue between teams, aligning stakeholders around product goals, priorities, and outcomes.
