Requirements

7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact products from concept through launch and iteration.
Strong technical fluency - you are comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical tradeoffs.
Exceptional problem-solver with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, incremental solutions.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where speed, adaptability, and ownership are critical.
Deep empathy for users and a passion for building products that deliver outstanding user experiences.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate product vision, priorities, and tradeoffs across teams.
Highly collaborative and energized by working with cross-functional teams to build and ship great products.
Experience working in early-stage or scaling startups, with an understanding of balancing short-term needs with long-term product strategy.
Strong documentation and organizational skills, ensuring teams have clarity around goals, requirements, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for key areas of our platform, from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and iteration.
Own products that are mission-critical to our customers and the success of our business, ensuring they deliver meaningful value and measurable outcomes.
Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions to complex customer problems.
Translate customer needs, market insights, and company strategy into clear product roadmaps and well-defined requirements.
Drive rapid experimentation and iteration while maintaining a high bar for product quality, usability, and reliability.
Work hands-on with engineering teams to ensure product decisions balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and speed of execution.
Champion a culture of customer-first thinking, using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making.
Ensure successful launches and ongoing product performance through metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
Act as the connective tissue between teams, aligning stakeholders around product goals, priorities, and outcomes.
