About The Position
NEWPORT HARBOR YACHT CLUB Membership & Club Events Manager Are you a hospitality professional who thrives on creating exceptional member experiences and memorable events? Newport Harbor Yacht Club is seeking a highly organized, service-driven Membership & Club Events Manager to join our leadership team and play a key role in the daily life and traditions of the Club. This position combines membership administration, governance coordination, and premier event planning within one of Southern California’s most respected private yacht clubs. The Membership & Club Events Manager serves as a vital connection point between members, committees, staff, and club leadership. From managing the membership lifecycle and supporting Board and committee operations to producing signature Club events such as Opening Day, the Commodore’s Cruise, and seasonal celebrations , this role is central to delivering the exceptional experience our members expect. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, values attention to detail, and takes pride in creating seamless, memorable club experiences. This is a full-time leadership role scheduled Wednesday through Sunday , with flexibility required to support evening, weekend, and holiday club events.
