About The Position

YMCA at Brentwood is Now Hiring for Membership Connector Position Type: Part-time Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience) Are you passionate about making connections and creating a welcoming environment? Join our team as a Membership Connector at the YMCA of Middle TN! We're looking for enthusiastic, people-loving individuals to help grow our membership and revenue while delivering top-notch customer service. What You'll Do: Greet and engage with potential and current members, leading tours and answering inquiries Build relationships through active listening and personalized service Make outbound calls and send emails to boost membership opportunities Help members connect with our programs and services Track and report key membership data Promote and support our mission and Annual Giving Campaign What You Bring: Minimum Age: 18 Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: Sales experience preferred A passion for serving people and a commitment to the YMCA’s core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools A professional yet friendly approach Certifications Needed: Before your first shift: New Hire Orientation Within two weeks: Membership Software Training Within 30 days: CPR/First Aid/AED Certification & EAP Ready to make an impact? Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 18
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
