The Membership Operations Manager is a full-time, exempt role, responsible for supporting operational goals of the Membership Team and maintaining the efficacy of the Daxko database. You will assist members and guests with account management, including but not limited to, membership changes, past due balances, refunds, services and programming charges, and account statement inquiries. You will be the hub in the wheel of the member journey, supporting the Member Experience Team in understanding membership and providing data assistance to help other Shalom Austin Teams with their programs and initiatives. We are a team; our members and guests are what make Shalom Austin feel like a home away from home. The successful candidate for this position will be comfortable (and excited!) about database work, excel in both behind the scenes operations and customer service, love being a key team member assisting multiple people, and will be happy to support several program areas run well.
