Requirements

- Previous Sales experience with a proven track record of success.

- The ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals.
- Execute the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Consult with prospects to understand their needs and align them with the appropriate membership benefits.
- Initiate retention efforts by reaching out to past members and resolving account inquiries.
