What You'll Do Drive Membership Sales This is a sales leadership role focused on growing the club. You will: Conduct club tours and fitness consultations Convert leads into members Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email Sell memberships and personal training programs Achieve monthly sales targets If you love helping people commit to change , you'll thrive here. Coach & Engage Members You will spend about 1/3 of your time coaching members . Responsibilities include: Leading small group workouts Motivating members during sessions Modifying exercises for different fitness levels Ensuring safe and effective workouts Build Community Relationships Some of the best members come from the community. You will: Build relationships with local businesses Attend community and Chamber events Coordinate promotional campaigns Help execute creative marketing initiatives Engage the community through social media Lead the Team & Club Culture You'll help create a positive, motivating club culture . Responsibilities include: Supporting trainers and staff Encouraging teamwork and accountability Creating an environment members love Maintain an Exceptional Member Experience Our goal is simple: members love being here.
