About The Position

We're hiring a Memory Care Operations Specialist to support multiple communities by strengthening memory care operations and ensuring Positive Approach to Care® principles are consistently applied in day-to-day resident care. This role focuses on training and coaching teams, supporting Memory Care leaders, reviewing key operational metrics, assisting with audits and action plans, and providing onsite support during program rollouts, leadership transitions, and survey follow-up. Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years of dementia care experience, be PAC certified or ability to obtain, experience coaching or leading frontline teams, strong communication and follow-through, comfort with basic technology, and the ability to travel primarily within driving distance of Dallas, TX, with occasional air travel. Engaging with residents and their families, you'll facilitate meaningful activities and coordinate personalized care plans, all while fostering a warm and encouraging atmosphere. You will lead a dedicated team, providing guidance and support to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of attention and empathy. Daily evaluations of program effectiveness will be crucial, as you'll implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall experience. Collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals will be essential for maintaining seamless communication and operations. Additionally, you will participate in training initiatives, ensuring that staff are well-equipped to deliver excellence in memory care. Requirements

  • A PAC Certified Independent Trainer or PAC Certified Coach designation is essential, providing a foundation for training and coaching community teams in the Positive Approach to Care® principles.
  • 2-3+ years of direct experience working with individuals living with dementia in senior living, long-term care, or related environments.
  • Strong leadership skills are crucial for mentoring and supporting community teams.
  • An ability to analyze key community metrics, such as incidents and engagement, while effectively communicating insights to leadership will be vital in driving operational improvements.
  • Strong follow-through and clear communication
  • Comfort level in using basic data and technology, including Microsoft Office and online training platforms.
  • A willingness to travel to various communities around Dallas, TX, is also required, making adaptability and efficiency key to your success in this role.
