Requirements
- Experience in caregiving or dementia support preferred
- Compassionate attitude and reliability
- Must pass a background check and be able to lift/transfer clients
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support mobility and safe transfers throughout the home
- Offer gentle redirection and reassurance during moments of confusion or anxiety
- Engage clients in music, conversation, and memory activities that spark joy
- Encourage hydration, nutrition, and daily routines
- Observe and report changes in condition, mood, or memory to the care team
