About The Position

Springbrook Behavioral Health System is currently seeking caring and patient focus applicants for the role of Mental Health Associates, weekend shift. In this role you will be a member of a team of professionals who work directly with autistic adolescents between the ages of 5-18. The autism program at Springbrook is a goal oriented treatment plan designed to meet the needs of children with autism and related diagnosis.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent
• Valid S.C. Drivers License
• Demonstrate good judgment, initiative, dependability, decision making skills, as well as patient teaching skills

Nice To Haves

• Prefer degree in Human Services or BA/BS in Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or CNA.
• Prefer six (6) months of experience in the management/care of behaviorally impaired and/or mentally challenged patients.
